Seat reveals more of its Exeo saloon

The new Seat Exeo will be coming your way in the first half of 2009
Seat gave the Exeo saloon its world debut at this month's Paris Motor Show and has now followed up with some further information.

The Exeo is all set for a showroom debut in the first half of 2009 and each four-door offered in the UK will feature a "generous array" of features as standard.

Exact prices and full details haven't been confirmed just yet, but we do know a little bit about what will be included in the 'goodies' package.

There will be USB connectivity (for MP3 music players and so on), cruise control, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, dual zone climate control and 'stylish' alloy wheels.

The Exeo will be Seat's first attempt to crack the competitive upper medium market.

Seat UK Exeo product manager, James Buckell, said: "In today's challenging market, we know car buyers are looking for the very best value possible and, to that end, are doing our utmost to make the forthcoming Exeo the class leader in terms of both price and equipment.

"The fitting of luxurious features such as dual zone climate control across the entire range, as well as convenience additions such as USB connectivity, underlines our determination to make our new saloon a particularly well-specified drive."
