Peugeout announces 308 SW prices
Thursday, 17 Apr 2008 13:05
The 308 SW will replace the outgoing 307 SW range
Peugeot have revealed prices and details for the new 308 SW. It will be available in four trim levels - S, SR, Sport and SE. The new 308s will replace the 307 SW and 307 Estate range.
The new model expands on the strengths of the 307 SW. The panoramic glass roof is now 27 per cent larger, the modularity is easier to operate and improved and a new six-speed manual gearbox has been introduced.
The S and SR versions will differ from the Sport and SE models by the fitment of a steel roof panel and a folding split rear bench seat, instead of individual removable seats and a Cileo panoramic glass roof.
At launch in June the 308 SW will be available with eight engine options - five petrol and three HDi diesel. All engines meet the current Euro 4 emission standards and both the HDi 110 and HDi 136 diesels are fitted with a particulate filter system (FAP).
The 308 SW will provide more interior and luggage space than the 307, increasing the width of both the front and rear tracks to increase performance.
The range starts from £14,395 on the road.
