Lounge version of C4 Picasso
Citroen has launched an improved version of its C4 Picasso MPV, called the Lounge.
The special edition vehicle is designed solely for the UK market, and has been given a "stylish and distinctive" make-over to enhance the existing dynamic exterior and spacious interior.
Upgraded, the vehicle comes replete with full black leather upholstery for the four large individual armchair style seats, chrome wheels and a panoramic sunroof – to give the car "status, style and individuality".
Fitted with a responsive 2.0 HDi 138hp engine, the C4 Picasso Lounge features a six-speed fully automatic gearbox and delivers smooth acceleration with a top speed of 118mph and almost 40 mpg on the combined cycle.
While the vehicle is bright and spacious during daytime driving, thanks to a large windscreen and sunroof, at night it is bathed in atmospheric and functional illumination - including convenient reading lights for rear passengers.
Furthermore, LEDs in the door handles and adjustable mood lighting strips in the front console and door panels help to create a calming environment.
The Exclusive trim level of the new Lounge retails from £23,995.
