Peugeot's new Expert Tepee can carry a staggering 1,200 litres of luggage
Peugeot has unveiled its new Partner and Expert Tepee ranges, designed specifically for families and sports enthusiasts.

The Partner Tepee will be able to seat up to five people, while the Expert manages to accommodate an impressive nine.

Both still have substantial storage space, even when full, and there is also removable seating.

The Partner has an optional internal roof rack designed for surfing enthusiasts, with a capacity of nearly three metres.

It is based on the same chassis 'DNA' as the 308 hatchback, with the Expert following on from the 807.

The former is available in three trim levels: 'urban', 'S' and 'outdoor'. Optional extras include a Zenith multi-purpose roof.

The Expert has the capacity to pack in a few mountain bikes alongside up to six passengers, and comes in two trim levels - 'comfort' and 'leisure'.

There are also two wheelbase lengths to choose from, the long version packing in a huge 1,200 litres of luggage. Optional extras on the Expert include pneumatic rear suspension.

In terms of performance, the Partner Tepee HDi 110 returns 50.4 mpg in the combined cycle, with the Expert HDi 120 coming in at 39.2 mpg.

Peugeot states the Expert, with its 80-litres fuel tank, has a potential range of over 700 miles between fill-ups.

Prices start at £11,215 on-the-road for the Partner Tepee Urban 1.6 16v 90, with the S and Outdoor trim levels coming in at £12,055 and £14,305 respectively.

The Expert Tepee starts at £19,307 on-the-road.
