The new right-hand drive CTS is one of the stars of Cadillac's stand at the Motor Show
Cadillac has unveiled its line-up for the British International Motor Show, which includes two concept vehicles - the CTS Coupe and the Provoq crossover. It will also be showing off the hotly anticipated right-hand drive CTS at the show.

The new Cadillac CTS luxury sports saloon, which arrives in UK showrooms this September, features 2.8 or 3.6 litre V6 petrol engines mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with manual mode. An advanced 2.9 litre V6 diesel engine will join the line-up in 2009.

Prices start from £26,995 for the 2.8 V6 and rise to £32,995 for the 3.6 V6. As a result of the substantial amount of standard equipment included in the regular trim level, the only optional choices needed are an exterior paint finish, the ‘Ultra View’ sunroof and the Sapele Pommele wood finish to the interior.

The CTS Coupe Concept features a wheelbase that is the same as the CTS, but the overall height and length are both reduced by around 50 mm.

Among the CTS Coupe Concept’s signature design cues are several elements that the PR blurb says "suggests the look of a carefully cut diamond".

These elements are seen in everything from the chrome header above the rear number plate holder to the indents that comprise the basic form of the rear fascia.

As for the Provoq Concept, it will use General Motors' E-Flex propulsion system, combining the new fifth-generation fuel cell system and a lithium-ion battery to produce an electrically driven vehicle that uses no petrol and has no emissions other than water.

Cadillac is also showing off its current line-up, including:

Right-Hand Drive Cadillac SRX
