Victoria Beckham goes hell for leather on the Range Rover Evoque

The Range Rover Evoque as styled by Mrs. Beckham. And fair play to her; it looks pretty sweet
There's a mighty fine engine, a great gearbox and plenty of toys for off-roading fun, but today we're going to discuss the leather. It's very special leather. It's Scottish Bridge of Weir leather and it has been chosen by none other than noted car designer Victoria Beckham. With a little help from Gerry McGovern, Land Rover's design director.
This leather - to be specific it's semi-aniline Vintage Tan leather - will be all over the interior of the new Range Rover Evoque. The leather will be festooned on the sports seats, door inserts, armrests and central storage box lid. There's also "baseball" stitch detail on the leather with Victoria says is a tongue-in-cheek nod to her husband David's sporting prowess. Maybe baseball will be his next move after the LA Galaxy? David Beckham an LA Dodger, you heard it here first. But we digress!
As well as Posh Spice-approved leather, the body is a matt-finish Stornoway Grey with gloss black roof and wheels and, get this, rose gold accents around the rims. A must-have for the stylish SUV-around-town.
There will only be 200 of these special edition Evoques made and first deliveries will be in October. Pricing information still to come.

Nice leather, Trevor
