It has certainly been an intriguing Geneva Motor Show this year with a Bentley SUV, a Jaguar XF Sportbrake estate, a big announcement by Nissan for Sunderland and an insanely sexy, 730bhp Ferrari F12 Berlinetta - it's a party that we don't want to leave and here's one more party guest that we'd love to share with you. Rolls-Royce brought along a special edition of the Ghost. It's a two-tone version - this is one of the new bespoke options for the Ghost, following on from the popularity of the two-tone Phantoms.
The two-tone Ghost on show in Geneva boasts some very classy colours with Infinity Black and Cassiopeia Silver (we can't get enough of these posh car colour names!). Inside, the headlining is in a colour called Seashell, there's black leather and black stained ash with steel pinstripes. Naturally, the floor mats are equally luxurious - they're made of lambswool. But of course!
An early sale of the two-tone Ghost has been made to an unnamed Middle East client in the colour scheme of Baynunah Brown and Arizona Sun on the bonnet, window surrounds, roof and luggage compartment. The Spirit of Ecstasy is gold plated and the double coach-line is also in you guessed it, gold.
Despite the global economic doom and gloom, Rolls-Royce had a good 2011 with 3,538 models delivered worldwide, topping the last sales record of 3,347 units in 1978.
