Fiat Ducato Tecnico

The Fiat Ducato Tecnico gets a fair wadge of extra goodies for £16,995. But shouldn't it be white?

We've been getting all manner of new van information across the desks of TotallyMotor Towers and it's giving us a hankering to swap passenger cars for something a bit roomier. Fiat has just added a new van to their line-up, the Ducato Tecnico, not be confused with the Ducati of the two-wheeled world.

The Ducato Tecnico is based on the existing Ducato 35 Van with a 2.3-litre engine, but it adds some handy extras as standard. Taking it a cut above the average van, there's air conditioning, front fog lights, TomTom sat-nav, stop-start function, special wheel trims, reverse parking sensors, steering wheel controls and onboard software called “eco:Drive” to make the van as efficient as possible.

It is available in Tiziano Red and White (well, it is surely the law that a van must come in white) and for an extra £100 it can be ordered in Metallic Aluminium Grey.

The overall pricing is pretty keen too at £16,995 OTR and Fiat plans to add these extras to the Ducato 30 Van in the future.
