Lexus LF-LC

The Lexus LF-LC. Enough said

It seems we can’t stop writing about the new Lexus LF-LC Hybrid Sports Coupe Concept. We brought you the first sneak peak of this concept in December and again when it was revealed in its awesome glory at the Detroit Motor Show. Now it’s back in the news again, this time collecting a well-deserved award.

The latest concept from Lexus has proved a real head-turner in Detroit to the extent that it’s picked up the coveted EyesOn Design Award for the best concept car. This is no small achievement given the competition at this year’s show. The award is given in recognition of the skill and creativity in the design of the concept and the group of automotive designers and academics charged with picking the winner have certainly come up trumps with the LF-LC.

The team at the Calty design studio in California set out to redefine the future of Lexus, combining the latest technology with a truly innovative design to create a visually stunning car with exceptional environmental credentials.

Lexus designers fell in love with this concept right from the start – it appears the rest of the industry agrees with them completely - and so do we.
