Rolls-Royce: well-bespoken chaps

Posh picnic, Rolls-Royce Bespoke-style. I say, pass the pickled eggs...
In the midst of a recession and general tough times, Rolls-Royce has made the startling announcement that it is expanding its Bespoke operation because of growing demand from customers.
This is not just great news for those with deep enough pockets for a customised Rolls-Royce but also for the “surge of team members” who will be hired to double the bespoke staff headcount by the end of the year.
Designers, engineers and project managers, product marketers and sales staff will be hired taking the Bespoke expert staff numbers to more than 50 - sounds like a lovely opportunity to work at Goodwood in picturesque West Sussex.
Rolls-Royce’s bespoke services are not just limited to design and automotive parts but there are also options available to personalise one’s car to suit one’s lifestyle. Who wouldn’t want their car to come complete with a picnic set colour-matched to the interior? Or for the more practical driver, Rolls-Royce can customise the car’s storage system.
“The ability to bespoke one’s vehicle has always been at the heart of Rolls-Royce so it is very encouraging to see that after more than 100 years at the very pinnacle of the automotive world, our Bespoke services are still very much in demand from customers all over the world today”, says Jolyon Nash, director of sales and marketing.
