Chrysler happy with March sales
Chrysler has reported a sales increase of 12 per cent in March, in comparison to the same month last year.
The company had 986 vehicles registered and achieved an overall rise in volume of 18.3 per cent for the year to date.
Chrysler's most popular model during March was the Jeep Patriot, with 329 sold in March, followed by the Dodge Journey and Chrysler Grand Voyager.
Federico Goretti, managing director of Chrysler UK, said: "Despite challenging market conditions, I am delighted that Chrysler sales for March have been strong, a clear signal of the strength of our product range and appeal to customers."
It means another car company has had some good figures, with Land Rover recently revealing that it had its best ever month of sales in March.
The firm's sales were up 67 per cent on the same month last year by selling more than 11,300 vehicles.
It was also the seventh consecutive month of improvement for Land Rover.
