Enthusiasts of Mitsubishi's Lancer range can get excited today after the marque announced details of the new 10MY Lancer 2.0 DI-D Juro, which is "offering an outstanding level of specification and an unbeatable proposition for any car in this segment".

This latest version of the popular Lancer hatchback offers a wide range of specifications for fans of the make, including a Kenwood integrated Satellite Navigation system and a reversing camera.

On top of this, black leather seats have also been fitted into each offering, while Bluetooth and iPod connections are also there for people looking to be media-savvy in their motor.

Furthermore, buyers will be treated to 16-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, air conditioning, steering wheel audio controls. Safety is a major concern as well, with front, side, curtain and knee airbags alongside brake assist, an emergency stop signal system and an alarm/immobiliser.

Last month, the Mitsubishi i-MiEV was awarded the 'Best City Electric Vehicle for the Future' Award at the Start Eco Car Spectacular.
