Vauxhall's new limited edition VX racing models

Vauxhall have launched two limited edition racing models of the Corsa and Astra to celebrate the VX racing success in the 2008 BTCC.

The unique motors have been launched ahead of the 2009 British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), which starts in April, and which Vauxhall won the Drivers', Manufacturers' and Team championships last year.

The Corsa and Astra VX Racing Editions have a combined production run of 888 cars. They share the VX racing team colours of red and black, with full leather Recaro seats as standard. Tinted rear glass, a black rear diffuser and black side bump strips and door mirror covers are all part of the package.

The limited editions also come with gloss-black alloy wheels as standard, as well as the option of purchasing a Remus exhaust system at a discounted price. Buyers will also benefit from a discount on other Vauxhall Performance Centre parts and accessories.

Corsa and Astra VX Racing Editions are available to order now through all Vauxhall retailers, costing £17,425.00 and £21,445 respectively.
