The new Murano has an extensive standard specification
Nissan has announced that the second generation Nissan Murano will be available for purchase on October 1st.
The company is following up on the Qashqai+2 with the new Murano, which has a twin sunroof, powered tailgate and nearside kerb camera as standard.
Nissan has decided to keep the range simple by only having two models available - one at £32,795 with a large two-part sunroof and the second at £33,295 with roof-mounted DVD.
The engine will be a revised 3.5-litre V6 engine, which now delivers 256 PS, going from 0-62 mph in 8.0 seconds and giving a fuel consumption rate of 25.9 mpg on the combined cycle.
All Murano customers will receive a specification that includes 18-inch alloys, Birdview DVD satellite navigation with TMC, rear privacy glass, bi-xenon headlamps, cruise control and an in-dash six-disc CD player with aux-in socket for MP3 players.
