Chevrolet reveals first in-car Punch and Judy theatre

In one of the more bizarre news items we've come across at totallymotor, Chevrolet's announcement of the world's first in-car Punch and Judy theatre might just be the strangest.

A custom-made booth is designed to fit onto the side of the Chevrolet Captiva, allowing 'Professors' of Punch and Judy to put on a show from the back seat.

This 'scientific breakthrough' has come in the wake of a survey that revealed 37 per cent of children had never seen a Punch and Judy show before.

Chevrolet, apparently, want to redress the balance.

Susan Kalair from Chevrolet commented: "Parents are feeling the finanicial pinch more than most this summer so it's a shame to see traditional, value for money entertainment disappearing from our beaches.

"Hopefully our specially-created mobile Punch & Judy car will bring back fond memories for parents and create new ones for the huge number of children who have never even seen the show."
