Upgrade launched for Rover 75 & MG ZT
Drivers of diesel powered Rover 75 and MG ZT vehicles can now upgrade their vehicle's performance by up to ten per cent.
XPart's XPower diesel upgrade has been relaunched allowing owners to increase the power of their engines by up to 15hp.
This can cut the vehicles 0-60 time by around ten per cent.
"Modern diesels now offer incredible levels of refinement and performance which has led to a real growth in their popularity," explains Don Lindsay, service marketing manager, XPart.
"More than 40 per cent of all new car sales in the UK are now diesel and the re-introduction of this performance upgrade gives owners of cars which are now a few years old, access to the performance levels enjoyed by the very latest diesels."
The upgrade must be fitted at one of 240 accredited XPart Auto Service Centres.
"As an established XPower product, owners can be confident it has been developed within the tolerances specified by MG Rover's original engineers," added Lindsay.
"Although there are a number of competitive products available, the XPower product is the only one developed with factory approval giving owners the peace of mind that their engine will not be damaged by the upgrade as long as they continue to follow the normal servicing schedule."
The upgrade costs around £199.99, plus installation and VAT.
